The JOGLE

As part of their attempt to raise as much money for VSO as possible, Ollie and Jenny are going to do 'The Jogle'. Jogle is an acronym for John O'Groats (to) Land's End. Ollie will be cycling the 1000 miles and Jenny will be driving Dino as the support vehicle, carrying, mainly various creams and lotions to keep Ollie going.

In April 2007 Ollie ran the London Marathon in aid of VSO, and on completion was challenged to beat that for the next charity event. The original idea was to have a go at swimming the channel, but apparently you need to be able to swim to do this, and so Ollie had to go back to the drawing board. Eventually the idea of cycling from John O'Groats to Land's End took shape.
